If we cannot ship within the stated processing period, we will notify you and offer a revised shipping date or cancellation with a prompt refund.

We accept eligible change-of-mind returns of unused, undamaged items with their included accessories. We also accept eligible claims for items that are damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or materially different from their description. The change-of-mind conditions do not prevent you from reporting an item that arrived damaged or defective.

We cover shipping for eligible approved returns and provide a prepaid return label. We do not charge restocking fees.

After we receive and inspect an approved return, we issue the refund to the original payment method within 5 business days.
