Paying at Bexami
Bexami is operated by Ol Group INC.
Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Digital wallets are available when supported by your device or browser and enabled for the order.
Payments are processed securely by the payment service providers used at checkout.
Currency and checkout amounts
Prices and payments are in U.S. dollars (USD).
Applicable taxes, if any, are calculated and shown at checkout before payment.
Standard shipping is free, with no minimum purchase. The checkout total shows the amount payable before you place the order.
Authorizations and payment problems
A pending payment authorization and a completed charge are different entries. Your payment provider can confirm the status of an entry; contact us with your order number if you need help checking an order.
If payment is declined or fails, check the billing information entered at checkout and contact your payment provider if needed. You may try another payment method displayed at checkout. Contact support@bexami.com if you need help checking whether an order was placed.
If you see what appears to be a duplicate charge, contact us with your order number and the date and amount of each entry. We will check the payment record. Please distinguish a pending authorization from a completed charge; your payment provider can confirm the status of an entry.
We may ask you to verify order or billing information to help prevent fraud. We will not ask by email for your full card number, CVV, account password, or other payment login credentials. We do not request off-site bank transfers, cryptocurrency payments, or payment to a personal account.
Subscriptions
Purchases of the listed products are one-time purchases. We do not offer subscriptions or recurring billing for these products.
Refunds
Refunds go back to the original payment method. After we receive and inspect an approved return, we issue the refund within 5 business days. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the credit. See our Refund Policy for return eligibility and the return process.
